Yes , SteadyClean is fully insured . You can rest easy knowing your property and belongings are protected at all times.

How can I book a cleaning appointment?

Simply fill out our online booking form. You’ll receive an estimate via sms/email within 2 hours. Once you approve it, we’ll send your appointment confirmation along with our service guidelines and cleaning checklist.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Absolutely. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade tools, microfiber cloths, vacuums, and eco-friendly cleaning products. If you prefer that we use your own supplies, just let us know ahead of time.

What tasks will be covered during my cleaning appointment?

Every cleaning is guided by our detailed, standardized checklist to ensure consistent quality. If there’s something specific you’d like added, please let us know in advance so we can plan to include it.

Do I have to be home during my cleaning appointment?

Not at all. Most clients provide access instructions and return to a freshly cleaned space. If you’d prefer to be home, that’s fine too , whatever makes you most comfortable.

Can I book just a few hours?

Yes! We offer flexible hourly bookings with a 3-hour minimum per appointment.

What if I have pets?

We love pets! Our cleaners are trained to work safely around animals and use pet-friendly products. However, to ensure everyone is safe and comfortable, we recommend that pets be put in a crate or separate room for the duration of the job.

Will my initial clean take longer than regular visits?

Usually, yes. The first clean often requires extra time to tackle buildup and reach a “SteadyClean standard.” Once we’ve completed your initial service, subsequent cleanings are faster and more efficient.

How long do regular cleanings take?

Every home is different , size, layout, and lifestyle all play a role in how long a cleaning takes. Because of this, your home may take a little more or less time than another of similar size.

When you book your initial cleaning, SteadyClean will provide a ballpark estimate based on the details you share. After that first visit, we’ll have a clear understanding of your home’s specific needs and can give a consistent timeframe for all future cleanings.

Our goal is to deliver a thorough clean without rushing, ensuring every visit meets our SteadyClean standard of excellence.

Can the cleaners accept tips?

Yes, absolutely. While tipping isn’t required, it’s always appreciated by our hardworking team. Tips can be given in cash or added to your e-transfer or credit card payment.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 25% charge.

     

  • Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% charge.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You will receive a reminder at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment to help you plan ahead, but we understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 25% charge.

     

  • Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% charge.

What if something gets broken or damaged during service?

At SteadyClean, integrity is at the core of what we do. If an item is ever damaged during a cleaning, our team is trained to photograph and report it immediately , we don’t sweep issues under the rug.

While our cleaners handle every home with care and respect, accidents can happen. When they do, our office will contact you promptly to discuss a quick and fair resolution. We’ll do our best to repair or replace the item, and if necessary, an insurance claim may be filed,

We kindly ask that irreplaceable or delicate items be stored safely before your appointment. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or items that were not properly installed

How often can I schedule cleaning service?

You can choose the frequency that suits your lifestyle,  weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleans. Many clients start with a deep clean and then transition into recurring maintenance.

An invoice is issued immediately after your cleaning and payment is due upon receipt. We accept e-transfer and major credit cards.
